"Dante’s 3rd level of hell was colder than our room. For some unknown reason room 27 is made for lava lovers. The temp was boiling and no A/C even pretending to work. The front desk couldn’t explain it (nor cared much about our heat stroke), the windows could only be opened a crack. Even the “cold” water was hot, and the hot was scalding.
Bar food, was bland and the service was lacking in any sense of urgency or accuracy. Waited 45 mins for our completed order only to be missing the chips...

"Positive: the location is very good, the conditions of the mobile homes is very good and the facilities are good. Yes I do recommend the place but ready the negatives and decide
Negative: check out time is 9:30 am which is not suitable at all and it was very hard for my family and I to get ready to check out at that time. A member of the staff came 3 time to remind me to leave and I needed to prepare our luggage and prepare the children then my wife and I needed to get ready and we took time....
