"Hotel under much needed construction. Hasn't seen paint or a face-lift since probably the 90s or before. Even the sign on the hotel was missing letters. I said i wanted to cancel second night and they never called me back to discuss. Awful property. Strong avoid. I had to give it 1 star as 0 wasn't an option."

"Room was small (only about 18” on each side of the bed) which made luggage and clothes difficult to manage. Bathroom was nice with heated floors. Room was dark, which didn't make it feel clean. Breakfast was good. Overall it was really expensive (~250 pounds) for one night, which seemed very overpriced for what we received. Not sure I would stay here again."

"The rooms were amazing the staff was a little stuffy dining options were okay five course meal that you had to be dressed in a jacket and Pub off site that did not serve pub food the grounds were amazing Castle beautiful but I don't think this is for everyone"

"Check in was very easy. Room was well furnished and comfortable. Really appreciated the snacks and treats provided. Nice quiet place a bit away from the busy area."

"We stayed 3 days. Poor water pressure, even with shower on complete heat, it was only moderately warm. Had to call to request more tissue, body wash, tea."

"Amazing bed and breakfast near Ben Nevis. Host was very welcoming and the room was fantastic. The B&B was easy to find, quiet and close to town. Wonderful views. Breakfast was great with lots of food options and great coffee and tea."

"The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. They hung my wet clothes to dry for me and returned them the next day after I was caught in a storm while hiking. The breakfast was great and the view from the dining room was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely and clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, towels, washing liquid, toilet paper etc. the electric meter doesn't really run away with a lot of money. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Grandsons loved the Deer, sheep and chickens oh and playing with the dogs. "
