"This place is heaven on earth. The rooms are large and stunningly well decorated. The staff is amazing. It's run like a high end game safari destination. Lots to see on the property's large private reserve. You won't find the diversity and huge numbers of game available in Kruger, Botswana, Namibia, etc. This is more of a place for people who have already had their serious safari experience and are looking for a gorgeous property for rest and relaxing and feeling pampered."

"Alabaster Box certainly is doing something right! Besides the home being immaculately kept, the service is top notch. Upon entering my room I was met with the most beautiful scent of sandalwood. A small fridge, and kettle were available for my snacks and tea. The shower was absolutely amazing, and much needed after a long car ride! The balcony even had views of the lagoon. "It was a treat to enter such a beautiful, clean, and well-set-up unit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms.
