"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect for a walk into town and quick drive to the beach. The Boarding House is upscale but not stuffy with a retro-beach vibe. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop deck and had cocktail there on our last night. My only criticism is that the parking is a little tight. Overall. Wonderful!"

"Had a leak in our room. Told the front desk they did not offer any reimbursement. The leak also was dripping to floor which made the carpet constantly wet. This was extremely disappointing. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. For the price that was paid I expected the room to be properly maintained and free of issues that impacted comfort and convenience. The leak significantly affected my overall experience. "I thought the concept of individual cozy cottages was great. Everything was so neat and tidy. The decor of the cottage was just adorable, and the pool/fire pit area was just as clean and welcoming. I sent pictures and videos to my friends and highly recommend this property!"
