Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
First I arrive to the property I show the staff my reservation they say ok greet me check me in I assume they are going to give me a king room as was in my booking information I go upstairs to room it’s a double bed room with queens and I call down to the staff they tell me there’s nothing they can do but give me points to Hilton rewards of 10,000 points which equates to a measly $50 dollars and I go downstairs and complain..finally after arguing I was about to leave the property then they give me a room they say was intended for someone else which I feel like I should have been given in the first place.. I felt as though it was a bad experience and I won’t book here again or use my hard earned money for this bad experience. I had to go through a lot and get my blood pressure up for something simple especially being on vacation/anniversary with my wife for a bad experience but I might go through the hotels directly from this experience being they put Expedia 2nd to their customers be that as it may I am a paying customer.
