"One of the worst properties I’ve visited. There was no body soap, no hot water—can you believe that? There wasn’t even a microwave. "After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)"

"We had booked in to the Baddeck Domes for our stay but they were not finished being built. This was very disappointing for us. The owner made it right by giving us a full refund for the Domes. We then stayed in the Baddeck motel. The room was tiny, there was mold on the curtains, but the beds were clean and comfortable enough. It looks like they may be doing some renovations on the motel. The staff was the best part of the stay. "
