"Very dated. Everything seemed very moist inside the room. When we walked in we noticed there was no mat and we had sandy feet from the beach so that would have been useful. The toilet ran all night even when we tried to fix it. The bedding was yellow/brown. I was grateful for a place to lay my head at night as I know the pickings are slim in that area but I was relieved to hit the road. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant food was food…nothing exciting."

"We arrived early and luckily Donald the property asst allowed us to go inside the camper as check-in instructions were vague. Total lack of amenities as per industry standards, i.e no coffee maker, no coffee cups, no mixing bowls, no microwaveable cookware, lack of cutting utensils, lack of bedding, no broom for sweeping, no dish scrubbies, no kleenex, paper towels nor salt and pepper. Trailer was not level. Septic tank was not cleaned out before arrival. Had to call James the property host for...

"The staff when you check in are extremely welcoming and helpful. We were only here for one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. The room is simple and basic but clean. It is a good location if you are using the ferry. You are able to park in front of your room which makes it convenient for packing."

"L’emplacement est merveilleux, grand site proche de plusieurs activités. La ville de Baddeck semble être très animée, et l’hôtel est très bien située. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Il y a 2 restaurants dans l’hôtel et la nourriture est excellente. Le seul point négatif est que les chambres sont plutôt simple et mal insonorisé. On peut voir que l’intérieur des chambres datent de longtemps."

"Motel de transition, grandeur parfaite, mais il manque de propreté autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'exterieur...Mais j'ai vu pire! Excréments de chiens sur le terrain. Piscine froide, et je n'ai pas apprécié le rideau de douche rose au bas...ca m'a inquiété pour le reste. Les gens fument sur leur balcon ayant un gros pot de plante comme cendrier (un endroit dédié aux fumeurs serait super) La vue sur le lac en face est belle! Et la propriétaire avec ses deux gros chiens gentils sont bien...
