Bene l’hotel ... male il sito

Nulla da dire riguardo alla struttura e al personale davvero molto gentile ma ho da fare un appunto al vostro sito perché mi è stato venduto un soggiorno in un apparthotel con le stesse condizioni di una camera di hotel ma nella realtà questo non è accaduto . Un plauso va al personale dell’hotel che ha cercato di venirci incontro anche se alcune cose non erano previste. Parlo della colazione inclusa che non era prevista ma che è stata comunque inserita . E poi della pulizia giornaliera della “camera” che ovviamente non è stata fatta trattandosi di una formula residence ma che nel contratto di soggiorno era prevista . Prima di vendere un pacchetto il sito dovrebbe informarsi bene per evitare certi inconvenienti!

Flott hotel, kort avstand til strand og gode restauranter. Lynrask innsjekking, god frokost. God wifi. Vi fant hotellet via hotel.com dagen i forveien til en fantastisk pris. Formålet med overnattingen var å besøke de gamle ruinene i nærheten. Utenfor sesongen var det meget stille og rolig. Anbefales

Swimming cap compulsory in pool?!

Hotel close to thte beach, but with ample sun beds around a large pool - though I was a little put off by the signs that said I had to obtain a swimming cap from the reception if I wanted to use the pool!!? Why?! The room was fine, though we’d ordered a double room and had two singles that we had to put together. Our balcony overlooked the road which meant we got the sunshine late afternoon. Breakfast was fine. Grateful to the hotel for allowing us to have a late checkout at no additional fee.

Siamo ritornati in quest'albergo...

...dopo circa 2 anni sperando qualcosa fosse cambiato. L'albergo si presenta "datato" con arredamenti e complementi "d'epoca". La camera assegnataci, praticamente sopra il ristorante, aveva una strana puzza...abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre il balcone aperto. Aria condizionata accesa solo poche ore al giorno e spenta di notte...

Close to Pasteum

Convenient to Pasteum but other than that a very underwhelming experience, nearby run down beach areas and poor restaurants. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff, food was a bit of a let down.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had a lovely holiday. The hotel staff were vey friendly and we felt welcome. The pool was a good size and very clean, loved the bar man and even enjoyed the entertainment that was put on. The hotel is not situated directly at the beach which can be reached via a short walk through the forest. Beach was clean, water was perfect, sun loungers and umbrella are provided free of charge when staying in the hotel on a half/full board basis. Be aware that the hotel does not provide any towels to be used at the pool or beach but one can purchase them at reception for €9.50 each. Also swim hats need to be worn in the pool €2. The only complaint we are having is that the breakfast was the same every day and unless you arrived early it was not replenished. So the delicious cakes were gone by the time we arrived at 9am. We had booked half board and were very pleased with the daily salad buffet which was extensive however did not change much over the 5 days we were there. The 3 course dinner was good and varied. The buffet provided on Wednesday evening was a disappointment. The meat had gone cold and the food in general was not warm. But overall we had a lovely time.
