La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . "Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait français quand nous sommes arrivés. Dès deux côtés l'anglais était approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivés. Très grand appart fort agréable (manque de luminosité et de luminaires dommage). Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapé... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid ça suffit...et...
