"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"I cant believe the bathroom was dirty, not shower curtain, the kitchen dirty greasy, oxidizer, same was inside the refrigerator, and I never seem anybody cleaning the pool, trust me, outside the property and hallways, pathways nobody cleaning, and smelling to sewers "

"The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. "
