"The room was clean along with the entire property. The airport shuttle ride was smooth. Just be patient because you will have to wait. This hotel is like older like decor so if you like them 5 star hotels you may not like this. Some portion of the hotel is outside which I thought was cool how the hotel was designed. Overall I loved the place and the staff is soo nice. Yes they speak Spanish but they also speak English. Room service was also awesome."

"Our stay at Radisson San José was a great experience overall. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from downtown, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot each day. It offers exactly what you would expect from a city hotel, including plenty of parking and convenient access to main areas."

"My stay was cool. The rooms do not have a microwave, a mini fridge and even Kleenex. The room also does have a lot working electrical outlets, it was hard to charge multiple devices. The property was nice and the room did what it needed to do for one night. "

"Room clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Jose Picado (bellhop) and Mauricio (at the bar and restaurant) went above and beyond and are credit to your staff. On the morning of our departure, Mr. Picado walked us two blocks away to help us with our Uber ride which could not access the hotel due to a marathon."
