"Great place"

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Awful service, awful place, no staff, nobody speaks English, you have to bake for a towel or a little shampoo, check in is a nightmare, loud, rude and uncooperative recipients. I do not recommend it to anyone. However on top of all of that the location was good because it was 5 minutes from the most beautiful streets and stores"
