"It is only a block away from the beach , some local options for food in walking distance, the pool is open 24/7 unless they are cleaning it. Board games on site, beds comfy and clean, all amenities you need. parking in front. Not a lot to do in Brasilito but great location to get to everything. The owners of the condo are really great to deal with and remember to take a photo of the emergency numbers on the kitchen counter just in case. "

"Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. "This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. "The house was in a great location, super close to the beach. The property outdoors was so beautiful. The house itself was great and had everything you need for a good stay. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It was too hard. I would recommend this to any family or group of friends traveling together. The lady who loves on the property was also super helpful and nice. The hosts were also very good at responding to any questions or needs we had."
