"This place blew away my expectations. We stayed for a week. The staff is excellent. Shout out to Moises who is the best! Pool area is great with good drinks and food as well as service. Yolo had some of the best food in the area and super convenient. Guest services was super helpful and arranged all of our activities and even let my son borrow a wireless phone charger for a few days since he was having problems. Rooms are clean and maid service was daily and great. Felt super safe. ...

"Our room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly enough, José at the front desk was very nice and super helpful in answering our questions. All the Capuchin monkeys running around the resort was super fun! Only misses we had were that we wish the pool bar stayed open later and that there was a hot tub/thermal pool. There were shuttles to the different restaurants but a shuttle to the beach would have been nice since it’s a 10 min walk all uphill on the way back. "
