"We had a really lovely stay at the Victoria Hotel. It’s a charming place with plenty of character, and it felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The location is great — close enough to Canterbury city centre but still nice and peaceful. It made it easy to explore the area without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A great choice if you’re visiting Canterbury and want somewhere comfortable with a friendly atmosphere."

"Stayed 2 nights here the location was excellent a short walk to shops and restaurants, room was small but clean needs some updating. The cold tap in en-suite was loose and the macerater toilet was very noisy. Sanjeewa was very kind and helpful he seemed to be the only staff there. The breakfast was basic but very nice."

"Toilet situation misleading - I thought I booked an en-suite with shower i.e. rather than a bath. It was a shower in the corner of the room. Shared toilet down the landing!! - glad my wife wasn’t with me on this trip!!! This wouldn’t have been so bad had there been more toilet paper. Zero information in room e.g. wi-fi code. Nobody to speak with at the property - there was an emergency number - fortunately there was a Tesco express close-by. "
