Thank you Chris for your recent feedback, needless to say we are devastated that you appeared not have enjoyed your stay. From your feedback whilst at the resort and as discussed we understand you were upset with being required to pay the extra person rate on check in, as the rate you had paid for and explained on Expedia when booking is based on 2 people twin share and that there is an extra rate per extra person above 2 and you did have 4 guests in your booking. Hi Raymond, thank you so much for your feedback on your recent stay with us! We do have plans to install a bike track in the near future which we are super excited about. With regards to food options we do have a couple of options in the resort however, due to the BBQ facilities and kitchens we find out guests love to also cook.
