"An amazing place in a very calm part of Venice, large rooms with history and character, away from zillions of tourists yet very close to everything. Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Hosts were wonderful!"

"The place was a scam as I was not given the room that I booked. I was supposed to get 3 bedrooms with 2 double, 2 twin and 1 queen bed. I was given a 2 bedroom with 2 double and 2 twin beds. We booked the room for 7 people but there was only enough space for 6. Total scam as I got charged for a bigger room but placed in a smaller one. Also there were no towels and toilets paper in the bathroom. Room was literally cleaned (poorly) on the spot after our arrival. Also, poor communication from...

Etablissement clos, personne ne répond au numéro indiqué"

"Fairly quiet area with stores, bars, and restaurants very close, but the posted pictures were deceiving. Room felt and looked like an old USA Civil War Era house and you had to share one toilet and bathroom with 5 other rooms. Also entering in 3 different codes to key lock boxes to get in was very inconvenient."

"Amazing stay. The hosts were very kind and gave me a lot of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Chioggia. The terrace on top of the building is was also wonderful."

"We had a great stay here! The staff helped facilitate a private taxi to and from the airport, and helped with navigating the water taxi system. The staff was very helpful and the garden was beautiful. The room was exactly as expected, and the breakfast offered was nice as well. "

"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "
