Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
When we first arrived we checked in. The staff was ok and directed us to our apartment. The apartment was clean but with a little smell that seems to be cigarette. Otter Hotel
We stayed at the Otter Hotel in mid April. Excellent stay at The Otter hotel! The sauna and hot tubs on the roof were a fantastic way to wind down at the end of the day. Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide
The chairs and sofa were old, hard and very uncomfortable! Although staff said the pillows were new, they were also hard and uncomfortable. No furniture on the patio.

Buffalo Mountain Lodge
My early check in request was accommodated. The front desk staff was wonderful. I was offered bus passes which I did use. The room was clean and very enjoyable. I always love coming to stay here.
