A lovely small hotel. only 10 rooms. No fridge to keep drinks cold. Further from the main areas than we realised, but still several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Do not book this hotel. Pros Friendly staff Cons All rooms open onto a central courtyard which is the walkway to reception. The rooms all have floor to ceiling windows, and outside them are communal lights which don't switch off at night. Nightclub noise travels to the hotel, you will hear it till the early hours of the following morning. The pool is no larger than 8m by 3m Reconsider if you are booking this hotel, it is not for you.

Thank you for your review. Yes the layout is displayed on the photos online. The lights are set to a soft setting and you are welcome to request them to be turned off. The noise was from Christmas and New Years celebrations and the hotel is strategically located in prime location for easy access to the main Berawa area - most guests enjoy this factor. However, we can not control noise from outside the hotel. Thank you Toby!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It’s within walking distance of many good restaurants, coffee shops and some cute shops. There is also a very nice spa nearby called K by Karima. The breakfast was great, you can eat it near your room on the balcony if you’re upstairs or near the pool downstairs. Everything was well maintained and had a bright clean appearance. The staff was very friendly. I’d definitely recommend this to my friends. I saw some other people who were return customers. If you ask the front desk they can let you use a drying rack for you swimsuits and clothes to air dry if you want to wash them. I also appreciated that they provided a water machine so we didn’t have to buy water bottles and waste plastic all the time. I also loved the huge bathroom and shower. Coming from Korea where bathrooms are all wet, I love that shower style so it feels more open.

Spotless and excellent service
We stayed here for 4 nights the second week of January. Having seen the pictures we went to the hotel to check it out before booking. The pictures are to be believed as are the good reviews. The service is impeccable and delivered with a warm smile. The rooms and the entire complex is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a little limited but as this is a boutique hotel it would be unreasonable to expect a buffet. There are 4 breakfast options, 2 eggs on toast, omelette with tomato, ham and onions, fruit salad and yogurt and banana pancakes. You can choose a fruit platter or toast, juice and coffee or tea. I tried 3 of the 4 options as I didn't fancy pancakes, all were cooked to perfection and filling. The hotel is very close to all the amenities, there are restaurants and bars at the top of the road. The hotel also rents scooters if required. The rooms are sll the same, spacious and spotless. The hotel is conscious of its environmental impact and changes bed linens and towels every 3rd day unless asked but rooms are cleaned daily. Wifi is excellent, it didn't cut out at all. The TV has English channels with American sitcoms and movies. Having stayed at 3 different establishments in Canggu, if staying in Canggu again The London Residences is the only place I would return to again.

Beautiful, well-maintained property! Amazing pool
Beautiful property! Well maintained and tropical yard. The pool is crystal clear. The room is very clean and overall well maintained. Staff and breakfast was also lovely. It’s a smaller and quieter hotel so not a place I’d recommend for a group looking to party by the pool. On a quiet street but easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I definitely want to stay here again!

The staff were so friendly, always smiling and happy! Comfiest bed we've had yet in bali. Wifi and tv were perfect too. Such a nice relaxed place, with a great pool. We rented scooters through the hotel, but everything you need is walking distance (including finns beach club).

Loved our stay!!
We made a change last minute to stay in this hotel instead of in Legian and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was comfortable and beautiful.

Really nice place. I had such a relaxing time here by the pool in a spacious garden. The rooms were clean, comfy and had everything I needed. Showers were hot and the staff were so kind and helpful. I will be back!

Prisvärt fint Boutique hotell med härlig pool
Nyöppnat hotell, april 2019. 20 min promenad till stranden. Mycket fint poolområde, tyst och lugnt med risfält i närheten trots ett i övrigt hektiskt Canggu. Finns ett antal restauranger i närheten. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Grattis kaffe, te och vatten. God frukost, flertal olika val tex valde jag fruktsallad, mixed omelette, mangojuice och kaffe!!

Very nice hotel!
I liked everything in this hotel. For me hard to call this place hotel as staff was so nice and friendly that for one week I felt like they are my relatives))) Very calm place, I am working online so I had perfect place to work. Close by many nice cafes. I recommend this hotel!
