Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Very limited communication, send me to a very cheap room I did not book. I complained and they sent me to a better room and it was on the top floor with no elevator. No cups, utensils or water for the room. Very poor experience would not recommend for the price, I stayed in resorts for close to the price they asked. 🙁
