"El staff es excelente siempre atento, resuelve dudas y servicial. Áreas comunes muy buenas y bien equipadas, pero en nuestro caso el problema grave fue la ventilación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el baño no tiene ninguna ventilación (sin ventanas y extractor dañado), cortina de baño de tela , lo que aumentaba aún más la humedad en el baño. Y la ventana de la habitación casi no circulaba aire. Solo por este último punto dudaría en regresar "

"This is a wonderful, small family owned hotel in the best walkable, quiet and scenic part of Punta del Este. Recognizing that this is an older hotel and may appear a little bit rustic, it is in the best location imaginable. It is a short walk too. The port and the dining options in the neighborhood are spectacular. It is a family run operation with friendly staff. You’ll also love to meet Rosie the poodle who greets everybody when they arrive."
