El staf del hotel es my cortes y te atienden con mucha amabilidad. Pero el hotel eatá un poco antiguo, necesita renovación. Las camas estan duras. Muy complicado para hacer reservas en los restaurantes Fridas y otros.

I’ve stayed at this property three times and the first two times were wonderful. The third time not as much. Too start off, the staff there is amazing. Especially the servers at the restaurants, they really do go above and beyond for you. However, when my fiancee and I booked the trip back in March they failed to mention that the pool with the swim up bar was going to be under renovation and would be shut down for about a month. Meaning the adults only pool was going to be infested with children and families. Secondly, I had gone to the restroom and accidentally left my YETI with my initials on it on the sink, i was barely getting in the elevator when i realized my mistake. Not even five minutes had passed and someone had stolen my YETI. I made a report and of course it was never turned it. I love the location of the resort but unfortunately I will not be coming back. There was a different crowd of people here than normal.

What I did like was the shopping mall across the street.Very convenient for last minute shopping. My dislike from the Hotel is that it was too hot either if you were at the Lobby or your suite it seems like they control the AC you wake up sweaty . The pool area only one pool was open because the other is going through renovations and good luck trying to find a chair to sit at by the pool every one puts there towel on it and yet they don’t even use the chair . I noticed alot of the locals go there and they were very rude I constantly had them push me and my kids every time we will try to get off the elevator . They wouldn’t even say excuse me . But the only thing I liked was the Italian Restaurant . Overall I was very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

The main pool was under maintenance (closed), they painted a room next to ours and it smelled horrible, the buffet food quality was not good. We stood in line to get some tacos from The buffet for 40 minutes only for them to tell us when it was our turn that there wasn’t any more food left, but we were seeing them given out 6 tacos to people in front. They only had 1 beer (XX), they told us to get some reservations for the restaurants and never told us we also needed to get some tickets prior to the day. My shower curtain smelled horrible after several days.

Do Not Waste Your Time This place seamed nice in the pictures but once you get there you realize that its not that good. First thing was that the main pool was being renovated which is fine but, they didn’t send us an email notifying us or offer a discount nothing. Second the food was really bad especially the buffet there weren't many option and what was there was bad. The three restaurants were not good we ended up leaving after a few bites to go eat else where. The process to make a reservation at these restaurants was complicated and convoluted. Third thing was the drinks, they were bad watered down and weak they only served 1 beer which was dos XX. There was little to no entertainment. Not what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. We will not be back thats for sure. Go to Riu Caribe or Riu Palace honestly I think any other resort would be better than this place. It’s bad when you feel relieved to leave. I will say that the staff was fairly nice this is not a bad reflection on them but overall rating for the resort (2 out of 10 )
