To begin with, the hotel appeared to be quite old from the outside, even before we entered. Upon check-in, we were informed that reservations were required for all restaurants except the buffet, which did not appeal to us.
When we arrived at our room, the view was stunning, but the room itself seemed outdated. The sink was clogged, and the bathtub leaked throughout our entire stay.
We attempted to make reservations for the restaurants, but most were fully booked or did not accommodate our three-year-old daughter. The service we received was not particularly welcoming, and the food was not enjoyable.
Regrettably, this has been our most disappointing stay to date. While Cancun is a beautiful destination, I believe our experience would have been significantly better if we had chosen a different resort. I must express my profound sadness and disappointment in this regard.
