Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Hotel is super clean. Breakfast was good (not enough vegetables for me, but I survived). Comfortable parking.

The property is well-located in the city center, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic but comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Canazei get away
Breakfast has many options but could do with a few more thought out dishes, hard boiled eggs were quite hard and the scrambled ones lacked taste. Overall the hotel and spa are lovely

Hotel stupendo ed accogliente situato nel centro di Canazei. Personale gentile e cordiale, area benessere molto bella e curata con piscina, idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco. Colazione a buffet con vasta scelta sia di salato che di dolce. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati

Abbiamo trascorsa una settimana: -hotel vicino al centro con parcheggio riservato e dotato di ogni confort come la spa all’interno dell’edificio (forniscono accappatoio salvietta e cuffia per piscine; -Personale cortese e professionale; -Servizi con attenzione all’ecosostenibilità -Colazione a buffet favolosa: abbondante e variegata con alcuni dolci prodotti da loro

En liten pärla! Trevlig personal, bra läge, parkering precis utanför, magisk frukost, rummen är mysiga och har allt man behöver.

Bien mais peut mieux faire.
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais nous avons regretté que la piscine soit relativement petite et accessible seulement à partir de 16 h, de même que les saunas. Par mauvais temps, elle aurait été un dérivatif apprécié. L'accueil et la gestion sont très "pro" mais cela manque un peu de chaleur humaine et en dehors de l'italien, tout se passe en anglais. Personne ne parlait allemand, langue pourtant très présente en Italie du Nord. Par ailleurs, pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres, donc pas de possibilité de boire une boisson fraîche ailleurs que dans un café.

Posizione ottimale, personale gentilissimo e attento a soddisfare rapidamente i bisogni dei clienti, grande attenzione alla pulizia in generale e cura della struttura, colazione varia e sempre con buonissimi prodotti sia nella scelta dolce che in quella salata(uova strapazzate 🔝 )! Siamo stati ospiti già due volte, non mancherà la terza!
