The hot food and cold drinks feature was an excellent surprise. Instead of going out to dinner we just ate in the lobby. This worked for the breakfast buffet the next morning also. The food was excellent."

"The staff went above and beyond to park my oversized van. It was greatly appreciated. The room was nice. The staff was excellent. As I approached the front desk to check in, the person at the front desk noticed I had trouble with a bad knee and, without asking, changed my room location closer to the elevator. Excellent service! Great location for the convention center. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the mini fridge in the room was only a fridge and no freezer (which I need for the ice packs I use on my knee). I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there the next time I come to a convention."
