"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and looked like it was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. The heating in the room was great and warmed up quickly. The water pressure in the shower was great as were the towels and bath products.
Breakfast was provided but located at a sister hotel across the road. We ate our own food so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. Overall a great place and the price was very reasonable."

"Great spot in a beautiful log building just a short walk from town along the river. Nice clean rooms recently updated and a nice lobby common area with a fireplace. Very reasonably priced for what you get!"

"My recent stay at the Juniper hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my stay and make my Banff experience one for the books. The ambiance and overall atmosphere both in the hotel and the bistro can't be beat. The rocky mountain view I enjoyed while enjoying dinner at the bistro was magical and only comparable to the stunning view from the amazing outdoor hot tub. 10/10 will be back!"
