"Location is good short walk to main attractions and only short walk from world trade bus terminal. Staff pleasant - helpful. Room clean comfortable nice toiletries. Bed & pillows comfortable. Swimming pool was good size with good opening times. Swimming changing area was excellent. Nice sauna in the changing rooms. I only have 2 negative comments one is that breakfast is not included hiven the cost of the accommodation its a shame they do not offer a complimentary continental style...

"We arrived when hotel computers were down and were made to wait about 35 minutes to check in… staff left the front desk to tend to computer system which made it feel like they were not present but they made up for it by offering us free breakfast the next morning. "

"What a wonderful stay we had here! The room was clean and had a nice mural on one wall. Beds were SO comfy! Brand new owners (as of begining of June), staff was attentive and kind. One of the owners, Ahmed went above and beyond providing superior customer service at every interaction. I was in Portland just for one night, after being in NW Maine for 2 weeks dealing with an awful situation. We needed good food and quality rest. Ahmed and other staff recommended wonderful restaurants for meals...
