"Staff"

"The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. "Hotel was a great location, close enough to everything but not too noisy or busy. Staff were so helpful and helped us organise tours. Rooms were a great size with everything you need. We stayed for new year and even got a new year present which was a lovely touch. Really recommend "

"I love the place and must stay again bc all staff was very nice and professional. I had breakfast buffet everyday so please allow some suggestions if I may. The pancakes bc they are so small they can be surely overcooked or hard not good to choke on them especially kids. Why not some simple beef, chicken and fish dishes that’s yummy for both locals and foreign visitors. I stayed 4 nights and from my 59th floor there is no direct access to restaurants above me, so I have to go down to 48th floor and go up again disturbing staff to code me up. And why so stingy with 2pcs white sugar, 2pcs brown sugar really why not 3 :/ Just small things. Will stay ofcourse again and have another go, why not :) Thanks VINPEARL Landmark18 staffs, very nice to stay."

Belonging to the “Signature” category at Caravelle was something else: We will definitely stay only at Signature Caravelle when We will be in Saigon. "Staff was exceptional, the hotel is great. I would say because it is district 1 it was noisy but after 10pm The karaoke stopped and you could get some sleep. Other than that, it was great. The English of the staff was fluent too as an added bonus"
