if you don't drive don't go there at all
the lift is scary very old 80's like , hotel is fine but not help full what every direction we asked they don't know , can you believe they don't know how to rent a car , they don't know what is happening around them when a big concert was on , they don't help with direction , they never greet when you walk in hotel . hotel advertised with pool and we couldn't use pool we had to pay 20euros extra . the hotel is located away from any amities and public transport

A horrible experience. Shame on you Best Western as your brand identity does not match the quality of this property. Here are my particular problems: The bathroom smelled distinctly of pee, which permeated the entire room. I could not open any windows or doors to the outside because they were actually screwed tight. I guess there was supposed to be a balcony outside the room but because it had no railing they had to shut the doors so no one could open them. I guess the fire code is not something that best western is concerned about. A bug fluttered around my bed the whole night. The showerhead hadn’t been cleaned in ages so the water went everywhere except on me which was supposed to be the object of the shower. This property should not be selling rooms like this. I did not complain because I just wanted to get to bed and that’s what I did and got out as soon as possible.

This was a great property. It was right off the auto strada. The staff, both reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. Best covid precautions I have ever seen. Even the TV remote was cleaned and put in sealed bag. I will absolutely stay there again when in the area

very useful stop over.
Usual experience affected by Covid 19, but handled well. Breakfast no.tbas well provided as before - but understand the restrictions of spacing, timing for guests etc.

It was really nice staying in this hotel. Just one thing I want to say is the toilet roll should not be put on tank. It dropped into toilet during my stay.

Good Stay
This was a pretty decent hotel. Out of the city center but only 15 minuets away by car. The hotel was pretty nice but staying on the ground floor you can hear everyone going into the breakfast room and large groups talking

Needs a bit of modernisation but big rooms and friendly staff and very clean and quite .. location is good plug you have business in the area other wise there is nothing to do around there as it’s a industrial park so that the only reason ..

Good enough for a business trip of 2-4 nights
Stay was good with some room for improvements. Rooms are quite good if you chose not the economy one. Service cleaning should improve ... Other than that everything was optimum. Hotel Highlight is the "Osteria" restaurant that offers wonderful dishes even with a cheaper "Menu" option. Strongly recommended.

Front desk staff friendly. Rooms not like the pictures on Expedia. Older rooms. Room 25 on main floor near restaurant and could hear dishes and glasses clinking late into the night. Far from city centre.

Excellent stay
We stayed at this hotel when driving to the UK and it was excellent. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was a superb spread and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. For us the location was good, close to autostradas however it is in a commercial district of Modena. The hotel will arrange taxis into the center if you want. This hotel was the best we used on our trip home, and exceptional value.

BEST breakfast ever, and only 4 Euros...
A typical business hotel, but dinner was great; the Chef prepared a delicious fillet steak (even though it was from NZ)..! Breakfast was a feast too.

Modern hotel located just out of the city
Large, comfortable room. I liked the location (we had a car) outside of the busy city. Clean, peaceful. Restaurant on site is great. Optional breakfast had a large variety of choices. Nice, helpful staff. Good experience. Free wifi and plenty of free parking places.

Lovely clean hotel right outside of the city. Very good restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were both fantastic. Room was spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. The wifi you had to sign up using your email, which I didn't really care for. Overall really great stay!

This was a perfect one night place to stay while travelling. Exceptionally clean and well-furnished with a great bathroom and bed! Not near anything except the major highways, but an excellent stop over. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Terrific food, although the portions were huge! We could have easily shared one combo meal. The staff were very accommodating, and helpful, with excellent Engligh.

Don't judge a Hotel by its exterior and location!!
We stayed here as a stopover on our travels. Rooms were extremely well maintained, staff attentive and breakfast was very good. Would have no hesitation in recommending if you don't mind staying out of town a bit. Discovered by accident a lovely little Restaurant, L'Osteria del Torchio, not far from Hotel well worth a visit.
