"No faltó ningún detalle. En la cocina menaje completo en cocina y de alta calidad, una cafetera Nespresso e incluso con su estropajo y jabón para fregar. Nevera pequeña pero para nosotros sufriente. Camas muy cómodas con diferentes tipos de almohadas Baño completo con WC independiente toallas y albornoz. Limpieza habitación impoluta. El personal muy amable y profesional. "We had a great time staying on the houseboat at the Tagus Marina. We were warmly welcomed by staff at the front office and given a thorough tour of the boat. While not walkable to the "downtown"/historic area of Lisbon, the location of the marina was excellent, and felt clean and safe. "First trip to Lisbon. The hotel is located on a narrow street, approximately halfway between Praca do Rossio and Praca do Comércio, so the location is both quiet and in the middle of shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the best ways to get around the city. "

"Staff are very helpful. Room size is reasonable and clean. Near to the metro station, very convenient to travel within the city for tourist."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
