Pense um pouco antes de se hospedar neste hotel

Atendimento recepção sempre com difuculdades. Demanda maior que a disponibilidade de pessoal. Realizei o processo de check in on-line previamente demandado pelo hotel por e-mail, o que não teve utilidade alguma no momento da chegada no mesmo. Roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, no caso a coberta. Após a primeira diária, não houve reposição de papel higiênico no banheiro o que causou um transtorno desagradável, uma vez que eu estava hospedado sozinho. Para acessar área do restaurante, os hóspedes eram obrigados a tomar chuva. Não havia acesso interno para a área de refeição por conta de reforma na recepção.

Sujidade e desconforto.

Tinha sujidade e bastante cabelo no banheiro inclusive no local para tomar banho. O colchão da cama de casal e os travesseiros de qualidade muito ruim. De todos os Ibis que hospedamos esse foi o pior. Pontos positivos, tem frigobar e o tamanho do quarto é confortável.

Dificil identificar alguma coisa razoável. Minha estadia foi desagradável, a situação está muito esquisita, acaba sobrando para os funcionários. O ano pssado falaram que a administração era nova 23, esse ano 24/25 a desculpa é reforma. Nesse hotel minha familia nao irá mais. O hotel em si é bom, mas por conta da obra (não avisada) deixou muito a desejar. Pior ponto: sem toalha de rosto e de piso no quarto (isso não faz sentido).

O hotel não tem padrão íbis Styles, fomos direcionados para um quarto e quando entramos tinha pertences de outras pessoas, um absurdo. O hotel é velho e com péssimas condições.
