Fim de semana no Hot World

Quando cheguei não gostei da localização da acomodação por conta de obras em frente ao local, porém fui prontamente atendida pela funcionária Bruna da recepção que me trocou de chalé me deixando muito satisfeita. A organização, os funcionários e o café da manhã são excelentes. Gostei muito e voltarei com certeza.

Lugar lindo, chalé em ótimo estado, camareiras excelentes! Limpeza nota 10, funcionários educados! Café da manhã muito bom. Almoço e jantar deixa muito a desejar, pouca variedade de pratos. Chalé não tem comunicação com a recepção, para contacta-los precisa ir até la. Acessibilidade zero, não tem como chegar no chalé com o carrinho do bebê devido as escadas, não tem rampa ou ajuda para carregar malas até o quarto. Não tem nenhum diferencial quem se hospeda no chale para entrar ao thermas. Precisa pegar a mesma entrada, filas e conseguir estacionamento como qualquer outro.

Desonesto: tenta enganar os hóspedes.

Aconselhamos a não se hospedar neste lugar. O ambiente é bonito, porém mal gerenciado. O hotel nos enganou e estragou a viagem. Fomos com pais idosos de 26 a 28/07/2019. Reservamos dois chelés Standard, mas falharam na alocação e faltou um, quando chagamos. Mas, a gerente veio nos dizer, sem muita demora, que conseguiu arranjar mais um Standard; e, fomos nos acomodar nos Chalés no.11 e no.4. Como o no.4 era menor e bem mais simples do que o no.11, fomos checar no website. E BINGO! Era um chalé Econômico, mais barato. Para não estragar o humor da nossa família, reclamamos discretamente, combinando o ressarcimento da diferença nas diárias através do depósito bancário no prazo de 48 horas. Porém, esse ressarcimento ainda não ocorreu até hoje, 14/08/2019. Já acionamos a ReclameAqui (sem resposta do hotel). Falta acionar a PROCON. Tomem cuidado com a desonestidade.

Fomos em baixa temporada poucos hospedes, piscinas limpas, lugar bem calmo. MAS SERIA MARAVILHOSO SE TODAS AS PISCINAS FOSSEM AQUECIDAS AS PISCINAS DO TOBOAGUAS E DO CASTELO HIPER GELADAS NAO TINHA COMO FICAR. Gostei muito de ficar no chalé, confortavel e aconchegante, café da manha top, roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. Passamos um otimo final de semana..Voltarei mais vezes.

Precisa melhorar

O chalé e apertado tenho uma menina de 5 anos ela teria q dormir no sótão onde existe mais 4 camas de solteiro super apertado e sem ventilação ,teto baixo,fomos tomar banho a luz do banheiro não ascendia tiveram q trocar todo sistema , ficamos todos os dias sem TV pois não conseguiram localizar o defeito,mas o café da manhã era MT bom , no parque aquáticona nova ala inaugurado na sexta dia 07.09 o acesso super escorregadio várias pessoas cairam sendo uma socorrida pelo resgate devido ao tombo , os funcionários super atenciosos

Thermas Water Park,um banho de decepção

Estive com minha filha de 10 anos no feriado de Corpus Christi,era aniversario dela,mas tive que antecipar a volta para o Rio porque o parque estava em reformas,o que não está dito no site,e as fotos das atrações que são veiculadas no site não condizem com a realidade.O parque,segundo informação de um funcionário,foi comprado por uma empresa americana e está em reformas,o lago do Pirata está seco e várias outras atrações sem funcionar.Deveriam ter a dignidade de informar isto pois minha filha ficou muito decepcionada.A única ressalva é para o delicioso café da manha organizado pelo super-atencioso maitre Thiago com pães fabricados em forno próprio.No mais,um banho de decepção!!!
