"A great experience except when checking out. I had paid my bill the evening before and when leaving the keys back on the next morning was made to feel like I was trying to escape without paying by the nighttime reception person I had to find my payment details from evening before to prove payment. Surely this should have been noted on the computer. It left a very poor impression on what had been an excellent trip"

"We travelled as a family of 3 and booked a 2 bedroom apartment. On booking the accommodation I did ask for an apartment on a higher floor. We were given a bottom floor apartment which was lovely inside but quite dark with little privacy. The manager did change us to a top floor apartment the next day, which was amazing with wonderful views of the golf course. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was included with our stay. There was plenty of choices available with all the staff very attentive. Fresh fruit, drinks and cold cloths were brought to us while we were relaxing around the pool. We would definitely return."

"Very short and easy walk to the airport. They don't even have free coffee. I asked for just coffee in the morning, and the guy at the desk said he would make it for me, then charged me for it. Don't nickel and dime the clients. Raise the price of the room and include breakfast - or at least coffee!"

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
