I am being thrown out of this hotel because I asked not to be forced to watch continuous evangelical gospel on the television in the breakfast area. The situation escalated to the general manager, Mr Valdir. I’m openly gay and that just made things more complicated. The general manager decided to throw me out of the hotel today. I arrived here yesterday. How awful.

Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep. The curtains were stained, cobwebs in both the room and the bathroom. Dinner was also disappointing. Service was slow despite the dinning room being empty. They kept saying our room was showing as unoccupied, the menu was inaccurate and didn’t list allergens so we ordered a dish that contained dairy and one of our party couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter and nothing was done not even offered to comp. Not all the dishes came out at the same time, the picanha was hard a rock. One of the appetizers didn’t arrive until we had finished the meal. This hotel has so much potential but the staff has 0 hospitality training and the rooms need a lot of TLC and upgrades to be even remotely considered at the same level as the other hotels near by. It’s no wonder they still had availability during the busiest tourist season.

Seria bom q melhorassem o banheiro. Ele alaga completamente mesmo com o box de vidro. A logistica de ter q apresentar um cartão de identificação para adicionar as contas do restaurante ao quarto tbm é bastante inconveniente.

Quarto limpo e confortável, apesar do hotel ser um pouco mais antigo, não deixou a desejar no quesito conforto. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e o espaço do restaurante é bem amplo. Só teve um ponto um pouco incômodo que foi a comunicação entre a equipe da recepção: quando estava no horário de checkout liguei para a recepção informando que iria estender até as 18h e iria pagar a taxa de 100 reais. Mas pela tarde recebi mensagens pelo WhatsApp perguntando sobre minha saída, além da visita de um dos funcionários tocando a campainha do quarto questionando o porquê eu ainda não ter ido embora, expliquei que já havia informado e a situação se resolveu.

primeiro fomos alocados em um quarto em que não tinha cabeceira e a parede estava manchada, feia. Falamos com a recepção para mudarmos de quarto e fomos prontamente atendidos, fomos para um quarto melhor, porém a o ralo do box do banheiro não estava drenando a água do banho, ficava retornando, como era uma diária e já estavamos cansados, resolvemos ficar. No mais, o café da manhã sempre muito bom, bem como a receptividade e cordialidade dos colaboradores.

Piscina e sauna sem funcionamento

O que eu achei pessimo foi que ,eu fui mais pela piscina termica e levei meu filhos por isso so que a piscina estava internada e nao avisaram em hora alguma a sauna tb e inda cobraram 200 reais da diaria de minha neta por fora que nao tinha isdo no site.

A estrutura do hotel é boa , mas está Velho em suas instalações precisando de uma nova roupagem nos móveis dos quartos , nos metais dos banheiros , na renovação de roupas de cama e toalhas ... o atendimento pessoal é muito bom e a alimentação é boa . Razoavel,o hotel é muito bom,mas a piscina aquecida não aquece a piscina externa estava com a água suja cheia de espuma,no quarto está anunciado secador de cabelo,mas não funciona e vc tem que ir pessoalmente até a recepção retirar E devolver em seguida,a academia está sucateada,não condiz com as fotos,reclamei para um funcionário e ele simplesmente não disse nada apenas disse que o meu checkout estava feito e me deu bom dia,não retorno
