Es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, muy ameno, aunque nos toco lluviecita, siempre tuvimos alternativas que nos ofrecieron por el hotel , como el servicio de comida , refrescos y snacks. Fue muy agradable el lugar y el personal muy amable y atenta.

La zona donde se encuentra no es tan accesible, en cuanto al servicio fueron amables, pagué dos habitaciones una para 4 personas y la otra para 2 personas en ambas habitaciones el inconveniente fue que solo dieron un papel higiénico tanto para dos personas como para 4 y al momento de solicitar otro nos dijeron que tenía costo extra muy mal por eso

El edificio en general tiene buena fachada, el lobby interesante, lo unico de mi desagrado que las sabanas tenian manchas al ingresar en el cuarto, trato muy respetuoso pero podrian mejorar la actitud de servicio de recepcion, principal motivo por el cual no exprese el inconveniente durante mi instancia

El hotel literal es una casa convertida en hotel, la habitación que pedí está muy cómoda y bien instalada. Lo único que no me gustó es que una toalla venía manchada (sueño llevar toalla personal) el otro detalle es la inseguridad o la calle donde está localizado el hotel ya que si hay donde estacionarlo pero 1: no tiene jaula está al aire libre y 2: es una colonia lejos de la ciudad. Y por último detalle es no tan grande es que se tarda algo en darte las llaves con todo el papeleo y me quería cobrar de nuevo les comenté que ya había reservado y pagado desde la app. Pero aún así investigaron que fuera verdad.

Es un hotel muy básico, más parece casa adaptada, está limpio, el baño es súper pequeño, no está céntrico y como éramos tres personas pues digamos que el precio era adecuado
