"My wife and I booked a jaccuzi suite for a romantic get away for a few days. Nice room, nice big jaccuzi tub. Everything was great until we tried to fill the tub. There was only enough hot water to fill the tub half full. The only way to get a full tub was to fill it half full (until the hot water ran out), let it sit for 25 - 30 minutes (while the hot water tank heated) and then add more hot to the now warm water in the tub. This process took pretty close to an hour in total. We did this 2 or 3 times a day for the 4 days we were there. We reported the issue to the front desk. I even told them how to fix the problem (turn up the temperature of the hot water tank). While we were out, a repair person went to our room and "checked the hot water from every faucet and they all had hot water, so there wasn't a problem". Obviously the problem wasn't relayed properly from the front desk. There was no attempt to fix the problem after that."
