"The only issue we had with the room was the ice maker did not work in the freezer, but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to provide us with ice. The only other issue we had was that other guests allowed their children to carry the juice glasses from breakfast area to their rooms and was many spills in the elevator which made for tricky walking espicially for my husband who is handicapped was afraid he would fall, notified the front desk and they had it cleaned as best as they could during this time. We will stay again next time we are in Fort Worth. "

"Waffle iron that was great, coffee that was good. I went back to my room to eat. The only reason I rated the overall 4 was the bathroom cleanliness and the room floor that was all vinyl flooring. If it was mopped clean prior everything would have been a 5. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Your breakfast is lacking. No butter or jelly for biscuits. No fresh scrambled eggs. No one available to assist while we were there for almost an hour. Containers dispensing orange juice empty. Lack of overall service. "
