"We had a wonderful trip. Everyone was so nice! When we first got to the hotel early Theresa was so very personable and helpful in getting us to the metro station quickly. When we arrived back she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. We checked in with De’aja and she made us feel right at home. Asked us about our day, about any plans we had for the week and gave us helpful tips toward our plans. When you’ve got 2 great staff members like that, you got a recipe for success!"

"No breakfast, went to check in at 3pm and was told check in at 4pm. Room was kinda clean, something smeared on the wall next to the bed it looked like fecal matter. Everytime you sit on the bed it sounds like you rang a large drum. "

"Only complaint was room service went in my room and reset the room and my key didn’t work later. Nothing was stolen but I had to get a new key every night. The room was clean. There was cigarette holes in the main blanket. Had some decent movie channels. Air conditioning worked “okay” didn’t make it super cold but good enough to sleep without sweating. Distance was pretty far from everything. Also late night staff assigned a room that was occupied like how? Just one of the complaints I heard...
