"The hotel is extended stay so there are people who might be living there. The room is very simple but well kept. I’ve stayed maybe four times as it is convenient for work and they have decent prices. The front door staff are friendly and helpful. The number one issue is roaches. I always see a few. It really bothers me and I’m trying to find an alternative place to stay. The location is great for fast food and convenience stores."

"Everything is excellent at this Hotel except for the swimming pool, it’s not functional for a while but it is shown while reserving a room. Staff were very helpful, they have a convenient shuttle to Noma station and Union station. Parking is $53 a night, which is probably typical for that location. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Not too far from National Mall or Public Transport. Property is not too far from Reagan national airport. Overall a good stay there."
