"Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. "I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma.

"Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors.
8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice."

"Amazing staff very helpful with any issues that may arise with your stay. Amazing breakfast buffet which I’d highly recommend doing. Delicious burgers & fries, drinks, & beautiful views of the beach. I highly recommend trying the restaurants as well the food was delicious. Multiple stores / food in the area. I would still recommend visiting the city about 20-30 minutes away. 10/10 stay my wife and I will definitely be back."
