"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"

"First & foremost, THE VIEW was AMAZING, right on the Delaware River with a gorgous view of the Philadelphia city skyline & Ben Franklin Bridge! You have to appreciate that! A little inconvenient if spending most of trip in Philly, but we didn't mind ride share prices (they include the toll bridge). Property is newer, so it's to be expected to be in good condition, which it was. :) Cleaning was great, and housekeeping staff offered amazing service! Never been asked multliple times just walking down hallway if we needed anything. Only negative nitpicky thing I could say about cleaning is that the King shower door track should be checked & cleaned out. Almost all front desk staff were also amazing, but it was a pretty big inconvenience that they did not have quarters for hotel's coin-operated laundy or a quarter machine. We didn't rent/bring a vehicle on this trip, hotel is only 1/2 mile from sketchy (I didn't mind) convenience store (no quarters for sale though), and toll to cross bridge by taxi/ride share wasn't an option just to get quarters. My biggest complaint is truly that a hair dryer has to be requested, as they are not in the hotel bathrooms by default, and I'm was disappointed not to have a lit up magnifying mirror in the hotel bathroom. I truly thought this was standard for Hilton brand hotels, but guess I'm wrong, and on top of that bathroom lighting isn't great. Lighting wouldn't have been an issue if it had that mirror. ;)"
