Decent place to spend a few nights in SP. Away from the main nightlife etc but a shortish walk. Rooms small but comfortable, great showers and plenty of good hangers too. Staff were efficient and pleasant during my stay and always offered a smile at front desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast had all the usual stuff and as in most hotels here awful coffee and Luke warm eggs bacon etc. Did not use the small pool area as both times I went there it was mostly in shade from hotel building. For the price a good option when visiting Santa Ponsa for a few days.

Pleasant.

Hotel was pleasant enough though it most certainly isn't a four star. A little tired in places, it could definitely do with a lick of paint, during closed season. Staff, whilst not unfriendly, were certainly not welcoming, either. My wife described them as "businesslike". That'll do.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und somit nachts auch laut, wenn manche Gäste meinen, Sie müssen keine Rücksicht auf andere Urlauber nehmen. Wenn Wasser läuft, hört man das auch in anderen Zimmern. Im Detail ist es renovierungsbedürftig. Laminat aufgequollen, an den Türrahmen löst sich das Furnier, die Duschtür fiel beim zumachen aus den Angeln, etc. Wir hatten dazu noch zweimal einen Wasserschaden aufgrund der Klimaanlage. Insgesamt o.k. aber bei weitem nicht so gut wie bewertet. Man kann dort Urlaub machen, würde es aber eher im 3 Sterne Bereich sehen. Top war das Frühstück, bis auf den Kaffee. Aber insgesamt passt Preis-Leistung in meinen Augen nicht.

Veldig fornøyd med service, mat og hotellet

Veldig fine og store rom. Vi koste oss masse på hotellet og frokosten var bra! Den kunne vært noe varierende, men funket fint hos oss. Det var ganske sentralt til «sentrum» og stranden. Vi brukte vel maks 8 minutter ned og veldig mye god mat i området. Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige. Anbefaler alle som ønsker en litt rolig ferie om å dra dit. I nærheten var det flere hotell med «mer stemning», men det var kun en steinkast å gå. Så det var deilig å kunne sove uten å høre det. Men altså veldig kort avstand til party steder hvis man ønsker å spice opp kvelden.
