Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - De Pere/Green Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great"

Tundra Lodge

8/10 Good

"The Tundra Lodge was a very nice facility. For the most part, it was clean and well maintained. The only negative in this area was that the toilet bowl in our room had a dirty ring inside it that could easily been removed by the cleaning staff with a toilet brush. Other than that the room was quite clean, orderly and spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that's always a personal preference item. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with one of the two rooms we reserved, but the front desk staff quickly resolved it. We did try the breakfast buffet and were a bit disappointed. We got there a little over an hour before the buffet was scheduled to end and found most of the food trays empty. There were a few scrambled eggs left in one of the two egg trays, a little ham in the ham tray, no sausages in that tray, and a few pancakes in that bin, At the separate Toast/Waffle table, there was no batter left in the waffle making dispenser. There was bread for toasting, both white and wheat. We got one cup of coffee from our waitress and then never saw her again. She took juice orders and we never received those, as well. So, overall, the buffet was lacking. Maybe we just had to get there earlier. The water park looked like fun, but we did not partake of that offering. We were four old guys in town for the Packers/Bears game, not a family with kids. The bar was okay. We did love the location for the game-walking distance to Lambeau and the area barsl"

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Appleton International Airport

8/10 Good

"While our room and the hotel itself were thoroughly clean, our overall stay fell short of expectations. The bed was a bit too soft for our comfort, and the complimentary breakfast was a letdown—many items were out of stock, leaving mostly carbs and rubbery eggs. Navigating the self-serve coffee station was also a struggle because there was only a single coffee carafe available for the entire hotel. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service regarding check-in. Knowing I had a wedding to attend at 4:00 PM and that regular check-in wasn’t until 3:00 PM, I called weeks in advance to request an early arrival. The staff was completely unaccommodating and gave a flat "no." Yet, when we arrived just 30 minutes early, we were told we could access our room—but only if we paid an additional $25.00 fee. Given that the base rate for this basic room is already quite high, being nickeled-and-dimed for a half-hour window felt incredibly unfair. We will most likely not be returning."

Best Western Plus Paper Valley Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We arrived a couple hours early and were allowed to check in. Michael and Sally were super helpful, the breakfast buffet was really good with an attendant keeping watch things were clean and stocked. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a 10. Used the pool and at check in received 2bottles of water and a bag of microwave popcorn. Great location walking distance to the mall. Would definitely stay there again. 5 stars out of 5. Ps great pillows"
