I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.

"Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. "Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital.
Staff are wonderful and caring.
The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet.
The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."
