Beautiful views, amazing hotel

Was a pleasurable stay. Everything was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel connected to the beach, views were magnificent. The only thing is that there are not a lot of options for food nearby (by foot). You can choose to eat at the hotel or you have to drive out a bit.

Nice and quiet

I was very satisfied for the hotel amenities.Breakfast was good and dining are had wonderful view to sea.Restaurant was overall very good. Dinner menu was also very good and delicious. Room was clean and accessible by elevator. Balcony was nice size and had good sea view.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with superb sea views. We loved the little coastal path that runs along the cliff which provides access to the little beaches and coves dotted along the coastline. The only thing that let it down for us was one uncooked burger at lunchtime but I wouldn't say this affected our overall experience of the hotel. If you want more hustle and bustle the town of Platya De Aro is about a 20 minute walk where you'll find more restaurants and bars. We particulary enjoyed a restaurant called Roma (Italian cuisine). The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel could not find my booking as it had been booked by Expedia with different reference numbers to mine and in my first name only - all this even though I booked Through hotels.com So basically when I arrived I was told I had no reservation luckily the hotel was not full

Not good for kids if you want the indoor pool

Really disappointed, we wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that kids can only use the indoor pool between 9-11am and that you get charged at the end of your stay by the day if you were able to use it!!! The hotel staff don’t really care or appreciate that your holiday isn’t what you hoped it would be - they just say they get complaints about it all the time!! Apart from that, it’s a nice hotel

The problem was not that the room was smaller than promised or that it only had a partial ocean view. Nor that the place and the room was shabby and unclean. The real issue was the unfriendly staff, who did nothing to solve the problems (like a leaking and not cold enough fridge). They did not even apologize. We had booked for three nights at an expensive rate; we left after one night.

Not good for children

Do not visit with children if you want to use the indoor pool. There is some small print in the policies that say that children can only use the pool 9-11am, but obviously we didn’t see it because it’s in the section that talks about fire extinguishers, not the section about children or amenities that you actually read! So we are very disappointed because the only reason we booked this hotel is for the indoor pool. Really upsetting.

Hotel superbe et personnel sympathique

Sejour tres agreable, hotel superbement situé au dessus de la mer, vues magnifiques. Piscine tres agréable pour nager, transats pour profiter de la vue et lire, un bonheur. Personnel bar et restaurant tres sympa et efficace. Chambre finalement superbe, mais on a du changé pour une premium rénovée, car la première n’était vraiment pas agréable… Petite remarque concernant les transats, pris d’assaut: il serait légitime de ne pas laisser des clients indelicats bloquer des transats avec leur serviette des heures sans y etre… Mais sinon sejour tres agreable !

Hôtel merveilleux. Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien passé, l'endroit est idéal pour se reposer. La jeune fille française à l'accueil est adorable, elle nous a très bien reçu Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est parfaite avec une "Mention spéciale" pour le serveur Christian au bar qui est très gentil et très professionnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir....

Vue magnifique

Hôtel très bien placé L’emplacement a une vue magnifique sur les criques, accès au crique depuis l’hôtel. Chambre disposant d’un balcon vue sur piscine et vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir, rien à dire variété des plats et qualité au rdv. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y reviendrons.

Weekend à deux.

Personnels agréables et souriants. Chambre sympathique avec petit balcon vue sur la mer magnifique au deuxieme étage malgré que j'avais sollicité une chambre au moins deux . J'avais également sollicité une chambre avec un lit double et au final, j'ai eu une chambre avec deux lits simples séparés par un chevet . La baignoire spa est simplement top. Le buffet est simple mais efficace, les produits essentiels sont là. Nous avons pris un massage en duo au spa de l'hôtel, et c'était fabuleux. Et le plus... Accès à la mer directement de l'hôtel, c'est juste magique.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel légèrement suranné et à l'ambiance familiale. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse avec lits confortables et petit réfrigérateur. Balcon vue mer très appréciable car vue merveilleuse. Accès plages par ascenseur. Beau hall avec ambiance olfactive réussie et qui embaume carrément quand on passe près du SPA. Personnel sympathique sauf la personne de l'accueil à l'arrivée aimable comme une porte de prison. En revanche, la personne au départ était agréable. Femmes de chambre charmantes et consciencieuses. Dans les points négatifs outre le manque d'amabilité de la personne de l'accueil, la clé de notre chambre marchait une fois sur 4, c'était pénible de passer son temps à descendre. Le style des chambres est un peu démodé (mais le confort est bien là, ce qui est le principal) et les places de parking sont insuffisantes. Malgré cela, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.
