"Great stay at Iberostar! Clean hotel, great staff, breakfast buffet was awesome. Loved our 4 night stay there"

"Hotel caters mainly to German groups. They had to move us to a sister property which had one room available on top of the entrance where all smokers congregate. Staff and cleanliness were great. Food is plenty but bland and sometimes unappealing. Shout out to Daniel in restaurant for making us feel welcome. Generally the location and value were very good. May look for something with local feel next time."

I saw a few reviews on google about how rude and sometimes violent this person could be and I ignored it because I thought if was an exaggeration. I shouldn't have ignored it, it is actually true. It looks like if you pay all the extra fees he asks you to pay, you may be fine, otherwise you would see his rudeness with no sense of...
