The beach is amazing but for miles in each direction there is nothing to walk to. It is just a lot of cheap souvenir shops and Spar shops. We were so pleased the hotel was excellent and we did not have to go out for a walk.

Generally, a comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff were mostly cheerfull and very helpful, but there were areas which could be improved. Whilst some of the towels and bed linen were doubtless quite new, some were in need of replacement. e.g. towels that were wearing thin and were no longer fluffy, or sheets that had lost their bright white appearance. Whilst the provision of a tea tray was appreciated, it is not always provided in European hotels, it was not routinely replenished without having to request it. One of the rooms we booked and also the indoor area in the vicinity of the pool was prone to the occasional drain smell. The real benefit for this hotel is its location just accross the road from the beach, with bus stops close by. We went into Palma for a €2 bus fare each way.

If you only care about the Beach, this is your place. But if you have the slightest standard you'll regret your stay. The Hotel was too expensive for the amenities and service it provided. Bed was very hard, no extra pillows, no Gym, cocktails at the bar were a joke (no idea what a Vodka Martini was), Breakfast buffet only until 10:30am and the food was not fresh. The Hotel has no main entrance to the street!! We had to park on the street the first day because they only have 10-12 parking spots. No help with the bags. STAY AWAY!

Sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick ( Meerblick war gebucht) Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal das auch deutsch gesprochen hat. Tolle Pools und klasse Strandbar mit echt leckerem Aperol. Getränkepreise etwas hoch. Essensauswahl und Qualität ( Abendessen ) hat deutlich Luft nach oben.

Mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir bislang auf Mallorca hatten. Das Zimmer hat so furchtbar nach feuchtem Keller gerochen und war so dermaßen dreckig, dass sich die 4 Sterne keinesfalls erklären lassen. Das ganze Bad und Bett voller Haare (und damit meine ich keine Wimpern, sondern richtige Haare, siehe Fotos) und die Bettdecken total zerrupft und kaputt. Diese Unterkunft kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Der Einrichtungsstil und die Pool-Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön ist auch die Rooftop-Bar und der Pool dort. Das Personal war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Allerdings hat uns der Geruch im Hotel und insbesondere auf dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es hat nach gammeligen Abfluss gerochen.

Bra hotell. Mycket trevliga personalen hjälpsamma De städade rummet varje dag jättefin. Rum storlek är små rum de borde göra lite större Maten på hotellet var inte det bästa och frukost borde varierar det var samma sak i de två veckorna vi var där. Men fin hotell takbaren med pool var fantastiskt

HM Grand Fiesta

Spent one week in the end of July with my family and we had a great vacation. Wonderful view over the ocean from our balcony. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Only minor issue is the bad smell that meets you in the reception. No smell in room or restaurant. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and atmosphere.

Everything was perfect! Our room had balcony with the best view both from the beach and pool area. The room was cleaned everyday and got fresh towels every day as well. The room was okay size for two persons. Food was superb! Had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, variety of food to choose from. The hotel itself is amazing, easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.
