"This is the second time staying here! Always great friendly service! This time we stayed on the 4th floor and there was a mini earthquake so elevators were not working so that was a huge bummer using the stairs. Parking is terrible if you get back late! I had to street park. Since there are 2 hotels on this property, they share parking. Just wish there were more available parking for guests."

"We had a great stay and usually stay here when visiting family. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast provides many options. The staff is helpful and readily available. I’d recommend as it’s close to the Peninsula as well as Santa Cruz and not too far from SJC. "

"Very charmig guesthouse. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast in the morning, allthough no choices to do. Very nice garden. There was a problem with the heating, so in the morning it was quite chilly in the room."

"The Staff was top notch! Paula the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, knew the area well. In a word she was awesome. The room was clean and well maintained! Parking was off the street, and the building is located in a very safe neighborhood just a short walk from Lighthouse Road, the main shopping area."

"We had a great stay at the Spindrift The hotel had a boutique feel and made the guests feel welcome, with lots of personal attention. All of the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were quaint & clean & adorable. The in room breakfast was so convenient & just enough to get you out the door while getting ready. The wine & charcuterie in the late afternoon was a nice treat & high quality. Would definitely stay there again & would recommend to others."

"Excellent accommodations and a central location in the heart of Cannery Row. The easy walk to the historic wharf in Monterey was just under a mile. The staff was uniformly very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfasts and, particularly, the nightly "wine and cheese" reception. In addition, my best furry friend was welcomed with his name on a blackboard and water and treats!"
