"Dirty carpet, hard bed, toilet stuck out in front of the sink about a third of the way. Worst bathroom design I've ever seen. Should be embarrassed to rent a room like that. Room 327 Should at least give a big discount "

"Room was clean , bed was reasonably comfortable however they have a heat pump with a remote control that is far from user friendly and no directions on how to change temps so the room was ice cold first night and by the time I figured how to increase temp the room got extremely hot the next night and we were stuck on heat instead of cold. The breakfast was best described as lazy same fake eggs, no variety, servers had no personality and it was set up In a such a way it was hard to get to everything especially coffee and waffle maker. I was disappointed as I’ve stayed at other Ayres and this one was also very noisy a lot of loud rude people walking the hallways late at night. Certainly not a 9.6 rating in my opinion "
