The door provides no sound insulation/protection from the highway across nor can it deaden any conversation from other passing guests, to make matters worse, there is a highway with a partial tunnel, with the right side (the side facing us) open, making every loud car not only want to go louder but also projects the sound to the property. The door is not very insulated, light can poke around the door frame...

"This is a beautiful Hotel and kept in very good condition overall. The room, bed, air conditioning, bathroom, water pressure, TV, channels, all are very good to excellent. My critiques of the property are that they could offer more choices at night like deserts and things they have a very small expensive selection of some packaged nuts and candies but, no baked goods, ice creams something at night that would be good or tempting. "The customer service at the front desk was horrible.. I booked a room with the fridge and unfortunately had to beg the maintenance guy to bring us a fridge once again the front desk guy had a horrible attitude."

"Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!"

"Filthy room. Beautiful, newer, hotel but room poorly maintained. My feet were black from walking around the room, every time I turned on the bathroom water a very strong stench of sewer came up, toilet had been not cleaned and there were pubes on the seat and poop marks inside the bowl, pillows were horribly old and beat up, plus not enough of them, took hours to figure out how to use the television. Even from maintenance. Bad was hard. You'd think a lovely hotel would be their first investment...
