They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

Incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay

"Terra Nostra was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we felt at home and so well taken care of. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the hotel staff made us feel so special with complimentary champagne and chocolates. The restaurant and bar were delicious. The 24 hour private access to the gardens and thermal pool were our favorite part. We were so sad to leave and already can’t wait to come back. "

"We had a great stay. The hotel is new, clean, and up to date. The beds were comfortable and showers had a rainfall option. The rooftop pool and bar had great views and good drink options. Everyone was so nice who worked there and helpful when planning our days!!"
