"Disappointing stay at Sandman Hotel. Requested a lower floor multiple times due to my child’s difficulty with elevators—no response and was told it wasn’t possible. We were placed on the 12th floor and only moved to the 5th after insisting at check-in. Hotel advertises being family-friendly but showed little understanding for sensory needs. We even had to clean our own room after requesting housekeeping. Raised concerns at check-out, but nothing was done. Customer service needs serious improvement."
